The Université Toulouse – Jean Jaurès (UT2J) offers a range of support solutions to help you find accommodation in Toulouse and the surrounding area.

Several organizations can help students find accommodation in Toulouse and the surrounding area.
Here's an overview of the available platforms and the different procedures to be followed.

THE CROUS

Find out about halls of residence and university residences (in French)

Apply for a grant and/or accommodation (in French) (enter your Dossier Social Étudiant - DSE)

Cité'U service (in French): confirm your accommodation reservation, pay your rent online and download a CAF certificate to apply for accommodation from the CAF.

LOKAVIZ: online accommodation consultation service (in French). The CROUS has set up a free online service for consulting all accommodation offers. It also enables landlords to post one or more offers.

STUDAPART

This platform centralizes accommodation offers in Toulouse, whether in private student residences or with private individuals verified by Studapart.

It can also act as a guarantor for students who do not have one and who are not eligible for the Visale scheme (in French). The platform is available in English, Spanish and Chinese. Students already registered at UT2J must use their ENT login and password to connect. For other students, the password for creating an account is HOUSINGJEANJAURES.
